To provide players an opportunity to participate on a travel team without interfering with their in–house program. Players will have the opportunity to play at premier baseball facilities and to receive additional instructions on hitting, fielding, catching & pitching fundamentals.

The Jr. Falcons baseball program is preparing for the 2009 season and is holding tryouts for 10U, 11U &12U teams.

These tryout will be held at the In the Net complex in Palmyra.

The teams will be comprised mostly of players participating in the Lower Dauphin Baseball League (LDBL).

ELIGIBLE PLAYERS: Players who are playing the appropriate age level for the 2009 season. League age is defined as the players age as of April 30, 2009. The 10U team is also open to any 9 year old players.

WHERE: In the Net Sports complex, Palmyra

DATES/TIME: 

10U - Friday, February 27 & March 6 - 7:00 to 8:00pm
11U - Wednesday, March 4 & 11 – 5:30 to 7:00pm        
12U - Wednesday, March 4 & 11 – 6:30 to 8:00pm

** Players should arrive 5-10 minutes early to register**

COST: $10.00 – Covers both tryout dates
Note: Players may or may not be invited back for second tryout.
        
Tryout Format:
Players will be put through a series of baseball drills displaying their skills to the Jr. Falcons Staff.  Instructors and staff will select the team after comparing notes on participating players.
